An international company was preparing its IT security teams for presentations to internal and external stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n

The challenge: communicating highly complex content and system architectures in a way that is understandable, precise and convincing. The need for brevity, clarity and impact conflicted with the requirement for technical language, in-depth knowledge and attention to detail.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I designed and led a condensed, two-day workshop for all the teams, one after the other.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Dealing with questions and critical feedback<\/span><\/li>\n

    The teams collaborated to refine their presentations in terms of structure, language and visuals. They learnt how to deliver confident presentations that are appropriate for the target audience.
